2. Digital “How-To” Guides, Manuals & Downloads (No Refunds)
Rachelle Kay offers digital guides and downloads that teach business tools and systems from the ground up, based on tools used in her own business.

Due to instant access, all digital guides, manuals, downloads, and courses are final sale and non-refundable.
3. Website Education, Builds & Refresh Services
Rachelle Kay provides website education to help you understand how websites work and make informed decisions when investing in web services.
Website builds and refreshes include SEO basics, keyword considerations, and AI-relevant structure appropriate to your industry at the time of build. Rachelle Kay does not guarantee traffic, sales, rankings, or leads.
Website setup takes time to be recognised by search engines and AI systems such as Google. For best performance, changes should be kept to a minimum during the first 6–12 months after launch or refresh. Any edits made after delivery, including image sizing, text changes, or layout adjustments, may affect performance.
Post-build guides and support are provided to assist with safe updates.
Deposits, Delays & Cancellations
Website projects require a non-refundable deposit, which covers administration and background setup completed before visual design. If required content is delayed, projects may be paused or rescheduled with no refund. If cancelled, the deposit remains non-refundable and additional hours worked may be charged.
4. Personal Development – Digital & One-on-One
Personal development content is based on lived experience and personal systems used by Rachelle Kay. These offerings are not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice and are not a substitute for professional healthcare.
You are encouraged to seek support from qualified health professionals where appropriate. All personal development digital products and sessions are non refundable once delivered or accessed.
